TrOOP establishes the rules by which a plan enrollee can meet the requirement of spending $3,600 of out-of-pocket costs, and thereby access significantly lower their co-payments. On the positive side, assistance from most charitable programs and certain state assistance programs (including programs offered by drug manufacturers) will be included in the calculation of TrOOP. Likewise, in cases where a pharmacy waives co-payment requirements, the amount of the waived co-payment will count as TrOOP. Unfortunately, the final rules maintain CMS's position that payments for a drug not on a plan's formulary will NOT count towards TrOOP. Likewise, payment for drugs as part of a Medicaid waiver program will not count toward TrOOP. Rythmol®( Propafenone HCL tablet ), Lomotil(Diphenoxylate/Atropine tablet), Zyrtec®(cetirizine HCl) and Flonase® (Fluticasone Nasal Spray ) are available through the program as of January 1, 2008. Rythmol®( Propafenone HCL tablet ) is used in Treating an irregular heartbeat and helping maintain a normal heart rhythm in patients without structural heart disease.Rythmol® is a class 1C antiarrhythmic medicine. It works on different fibers of the heart to stabilize its action and regulate heartbeat. Lomotil®(Diphenoxylate/Atropine tablet) is prescribed for Treating diarrhea. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor. Lomotil is an antidiarrheal and anticholinergic combination. It works by decreasing the motion of muscles in the intestines and prolonging the time it takes to move the contents through the body. Zyrtec®(cetirizine HCl) and Flonase (Fluticasone Nasal Spray ) are used in Preventing or treating symptoms of hay fever and other upper respiratory allergies such as stuffy nose, runny nose, sneezing, itching of the nose and throat, and itchy, watery eyes. It is also used for preventing or treating chronic hives. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor. Zyrtec is an antihistamine. It works by blocking the action of histamine and reduces the symptoms of an allergic reaction.DuoNeb® solution is used for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in patients who require more than one bronchodilator.DuoNeb Solution is a combination of a beta-adrenergic (sympathomimetic) bronchodilator and an anticholinergic bronchodilator. It works by relaxing and widening the air passages, which helps you to breathe more easily.
