Please indicate on your application if you are covered under Medicare part D and whether you would like us to bill Medicare Part D on your behalf.

All prescriptions must be written for the number of days requested. When you visit your physician, please indicate a 90, 180 or 360 day supply. There is no limit to the number of different medications you may order.

There is no enrollment fee or monthly charges. An administrative fee is charged for EACH prescription and will be used to cover the costs of: Storing and handling the medications, processing fees, pharmacist and educational materials.

Once your application has been received and approved, your medication(s) ship within 5 to 10 days. The medication(s) will be mailed directly to your home, or a trusted family member as permitted by your state law.
