What is your program?
Our program is a new Patient Assistance Program developed by Xubex® Inc. Our program is the first patient assistance program that offers over 250 generic versions of branded medication, not available through any other Patient Assistance Programs.

Do you provide only generic medications?
No, you can order ALL medications from our pharmacy. you may call us anytime to check the availability and the price of medications not listed.

Can I participate in your program if I am covered under Medicare Part D ?
Yes, Our program is designed to reduce your prescription costs. We can bill your Medicare part D and charge you the lower of the price for your medications. Please indicate on your application if you are covered under Medicare part D and whether you would like us to bill Medicare Part D on your behalf.

How do I submit my prescriptions?
You May submit your prescription by Having Xubex Pharmacist contact your doctor to verify your prescription. Fax your prescription directly to Xubex. You can also mail or fax your prescription. You can also have Xubex contact your current pharmacy for a prescription transfer.

What are our limits on medications ordered?
All prescriptions must be written for the number of days requested. When you visit your physician, please indicate a 90, 180 or 360 day supply. There is no limit to the number of different medications you may order.

Is there a cost associated with participating in our program?
There is no enrollment fee or monthly charges. An administrative fee is charged for EACH prescription and will be used to cover the costs of: Storing and handling the medications, processing fees, pharmacist and educational materials.

How are the medications delivered to me?
Once your application has been received and approved, your medication(s) ship within 5 to 10 days. The medication(s) will be mailed directly to your home, or a trusted family member as permitted by your state law.

Do I need to submit proof of income?
No. We no longer require proof of income mailed in with your application.

Are these FDA Approved medications?
Yes, all medications dispensed are FDA approved and made in the USA and dispensed by a licensed pharmacist.

Do you offer automatic refills?
Yes, prior arrangement is required.
